In order to be collected, held, and processed with the consent of the subject of information, and to promptly and smoothly handle the grievances of the subject of the protection of personal information based on statutes related to all personal information handled by the Jeonnam Museum of Art, the following privacy policy shall be established and disclosed pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act. Article 3: The rights, duties, and methods of exercise of the subject of information
1. The right to view, correct, delete and request to suspend the processing of personal information held by the Jeonnam Museum of Art which is the subject of information may be carried out.

- 5. Where he/she has passed a resolution by the Protection Committee where it is impossible to perform the duties under his/her jurisdiction prescribed by other Acts if it is used for any purpose other than the purpose of personal information or is not provided by a third party; and
- 6. Where it is necessary to provide a foreign government or international organization for the implementation of treaties and other international agreements; and
- 7. Where it is necessary for the investigation of a crime and the filing and maintenance of a public prosecution; and
- 8. Where it is necessary to perform the duties of the court’s trial; and
- 9. Where it is necessary for the execution of a sentence, detention, and protective disposition.

In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, technical, administrative, and physical measures are taken to ensure safety as follows.

Encryption of personal information
Only the person can be recognized because the user’s password is encrypted, stored and managed, and separate security functions are being used such as encrypting the data of the file and transmission. - 4. Restrictions on access to personal information
Through the authorization, change, and cancellation of access to the database system in which personal information is processed, necessary measures are being taken to control access to personal information, and the intrusion prevention system is being used to control unauthorized access from the outside. - 5. Control of unauthorized access
The place of physical storage of the personal information system where personal information is stored has been established separately, and the procedure for controlling access has been established and operated.
